Shipping policy

We ship within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or anywhere outside Canada, and an order with a delivery address outside Canada cannot be completed at checkout.

Orders ship from Burnaby, British Columbia, and are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Shipping cost: a flat rate of $7.00 CAD per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch by Canada Post, which is up to about two weeks from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote and northern addresses can take longer.

Please enter your full and correct shipping address at checkout, including unit or apartment number. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been shipped, and an order returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address will be reshipped only after the shipping cost is paid again.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking when the shipping method provides it. If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email makele@eriinvesting.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier and replace it or refund you.

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at our cost.
