Welcome to the Eri Investing book store, owned and operated by Eri Investing Media from British Columbia, Canada. By accessing this store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

These Terms apply to this store and work together with the Eri Investing Terms and Conditions that govern all Eri Investing platforms, including www.eriinvesting.com, our YouTube channel, Facebook pages and groups, TikTok account, and the personal Facebook profile Makele Haile when used for business, education, or community engagement. Where the two differ for a purchase made in this store, these Terms apply.

All content published by Eri Investing, including the books sold in this store, website materials, videos, social media posts, courses, live sessions, downloads, and communications, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing published by Eri Investing or Eri Investing Media constitutes financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal advice.

2. No Advisor Client Relationship

Buying or reading our books, or using any Eri Investing platform, does not create any advisor client, broker client, insurance client, or fiduciary relationship. Licensed financial services, if provided, are conducted separately through properly licensed channels and remain subject to regulatory compliance, disclosures, and suitability assessments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Customer Accounts

All prices in this store are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely through third party payment providers. We ship within Canada only and do not accept orders for delivery outside Canada. An order is accepted only after payment is received and we confirm the item is in stock. If an item is unavailable after you order, we cancel the order and refund you in full. Shipping costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

All purchases in this store are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase. Online courses and digital products bought at www.eriinvesting.com are governed by the Refund Policy published there.

All content published by Eri Investing, including the books sold in this store, website content, YouTube videos, social media posts, graphics, logos, presentations, worksheets, digital downloads, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Eri Investing, Eri Investing Media, and the author. You agree not to use this store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, post false, misleading, or harmful information, attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our systems, harass, threaten, or abuse others, or impersonate Eri Investing, Eri Investing Media, or its representatives.

This store runs on Shopify, and our content is distributed through third party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. Orders are delivered by third party carriers. We are not responsible for the policies, services, outages, or practices of these platforms and carriers, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eri Investing and Eri Investing Media shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of this store, our books, or our content. We do not guarantee financial results, income outcomes, or investment performance.
